easyDial
The easyDial user interface has been created with creativity in mind, with a sprinkling of efficiency. A whopping 99 cooking profiles are pre-programmed into the Convotherm 4, and any of these can be selected (and adjusted, if need be) in one operating level. These settings and functions are visible at all times on the generously proportioned screen, so no matter how busy the kitchen has become, your team will be able to find the right option with speed and consummate ease.
